With 108 degrees being more than we could handle we went to Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast where it was a crisp 70 degrees and foggy. We spent a good bit of time in the sand dunes where it was deserted and then made our way down to the water line where it was full of people of all ages, recumbent bicycles, dogs of every size and shape and balls and Frisbees and sea life.
